Refund policy

Returns
You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Contact us at pressiefinds@gmail.com before sending anything back.

Change of mind
If you simply changed your mind, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund you to your original payment method.

Damaged or wrong item
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong, email us photos within 7 days of delivery at pressiefinds@gmail.com. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, no return required in most cases.

Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items
Personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return unless defective.
