Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, then shipped. Delivery typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location.

Will I get my order before Christmas?
Order by December 10 for the best chance of delivery by December 25. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, as carriers can experience delays during the holiday season.

Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Occasionally, international orders may be subject to customs fees charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Orders & Returns

How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

What's your return policy?
You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. See our full Refund Policy for details.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us photos at pressiefinds@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, no return required in most cases.

Is my payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through Shopify's secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.
